Home and land packages.

Our team take great pride in our work, and have the knowledge and expertise to create homes to the highest standards while keeping the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Schedule with ease, make building a breeze.
To streamline your schedule, here are the 5 simple steps we’ll take together to create your new home. It’s as easy as ‘choose, buy, move’ with some catch-ups along the way.
1.
Choose your land and home design package.
At the start of your journey, you’ll work with your agent to choose your preferred land and home design package within the TW Homes development.
2.
Buy your home.
From there, the agent will get you to sign your Sales and Purchase agreement and you’ll make your 10% deposit. Throughout the process, your agent will work with you to keep everything streamlined and simple.
3.
Building starts.
Once consent is issued, construction can begin. In conjunction with the agent, we’ll be on-hand to answer any questions you may have along the way.
4.
Building advances.
As construction of your new house continues, an onsite meet allows you to get the feel for your new home and allows us to capture and finalise details where needed.
5.
Handover.
It’s here, time to pop the champagne and celebrate turning the key. This is the day where your new home becomes yours and moving day arrives.
